Books are handy tool for introverts and extroverts alike in the world. It can take us to places we have never seen and live a life we never can. And the book lovers everywhere know how important it is to have a bookmark, always in hand. Imagine a scene when you have to close your book down for few minutes and you don’t have anything to mark the page! A pen or a paper will be handy in the scene but what if the pen starts to leak or paper is dirty, your page gets spoiled. Oh lets not talk about the Folded page syndrome! I mean is it EVER okay to fold down a book’s page?
Bookmarks people! haven’t you heard about it?
Buying a bookmark is an easy way out but why spend money on something that you can make in few minutes in your house.
You can either take a thick paper or cardboard of your choice and cut it down the size you want. Or you can use the price tag cards that you get with cloths and use them.
You got options here, three at the least. One you can wrap it up with color papers or glitter tapes or gift wraps. Two you can paste a blank of same size over it and design you mind content. Third you can paint on it directly.\
Here I am going with the third…. step by step
Use a brush (size 4 or 5) and spread the paint.
Here I have used a cotton swab to paint circles with textures.
